Mayson Habhab

Ms. Mayson Habhab holds a J.D. from the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class, and has over ten years of immigration law experience. She is a first-generation American of Lebanese heritage. She has personal experiences with immigration due to her familial roots, and empathizes with the struggle immigrants' face, and admires their perseverance. 

Ms. Habhab has proficiency in a variety of immigration related matters, including hardship waivers, E-2 Investment Visas, EB-1 Extraordinary Ability visas for athletes, entertainers, etc., removal defense matters, family immigration and affirmative asylum matters, with a focus on Middle-Eastern claims. Ms. Habhab has had the distinct privilege in assisting many immigrants rectify their status in the United States, achieve residency and naturalization, and fulfill their respective American Dream.

Immigrants are the backbones of their respective communities, tasked with enriching the community and ensuring overall community success.
